Want to march on New Year’s day in all the feathers and sequins you can imagine AND take part in one of Philadelphia’s oldest traditions? Great! We would love to have you! Anyone with a desire to participate in mummery is welcome at Golden Sunrise. Become a member today and join the fun in getting ready for New Year’s day.

Volunteer
Want to help out cause your a super great person? Wonderful! We always need help down at the clubhouse building back pieces, sewing costumes, glueing sequence, constructing floats. If you just want to come down and hang out and help around the clubhouse on a Parade Prep Night. Check our events calendar for the next night. Got an idea for a costume and want someone to march in it, awesome we’d love to help you get it together! Drop us a line and we can talk how you can help us out.

We always need help getting our fancy on down broad street. Marshall’s help us out on New Year’s day through a variety of jobs. Helping marchers get their costumes on, do their makeup, get floats and back pieces to City Hall. New Year’s day is a big production and we can definitely use all the help we can get. And of course, you’re welcome to celebrate us afterwards!
